About Jenn
Prior to becoming a doula (2011) and opening her first doula agency (2015) the majority of her work history involved designing, reworking, managing, and maintaining systems in industries such as insurance, wholesale building materials, finance, and government contracting.
As an experienced doula and business owner, she has now brought these two very different worlds together, and along with her assistant, Parker Delano, holds space for other doulas, collectives, partnerships, and agencies as they navigate the world of client management. We will be here for you, each step of the way as you plant the seeds of business ownership, growing it with love and passion, bringing your creation into the world for all to see.
Jenn moved to Colorado as a teen where she met her best friend and future husband, Adam in middle school. They lived in the Pacific Northwest for fifteen years, but always considered Colorado home; returning often for vacations, and to get married in the shadow of Pikes Peak.
In 2011, they returned to Colorado for good with their three sons. Jenn enjoys homesteading, tending to way too many animals, listening to audiobooks, and networking with other entrepreneurs. She is a wanna-be foodie and coffee enthusiast who spends most weekends gardening, hiking, and camping with her family and two giant breed dogs.
About Parker
Parker spent many years in the service industry before finding her passion in business administration in 2021, when she joined Jenn in running Colorado Mountain Doulas and Colorado Newborn. Since then, she has become an expert when it comes to designing beautiful forms, social media posts and other birth industry marketing materials. Not only does she have an amazing eye for beautiful layouts, she is constantly mastering new designs and systems in WordPress, Dubsado, Canva, Connecteam and others. She is an invaluable asset to our collective brands, and the brains behind so many of our most recent innovations.
Parker moved to Gunnison Colorado in 2016, attending Western Colorado University as a Recreation and Outdoor Education major. She spends her time off in Colorado Springs with her partner Chris, their German Shephard/Husky Oberon, and their giant cat Sheldon. They can often be found hanging out at home together, camping, hiking, and taking long drives into the mountains when she’s not visiting family in Texas and Greece. Parker also helps Jenn on the homestead, calling the time spent with the chickens and rabbits her favorite part of the day.
