This easy-to-use form gives you a great start to edit and create your OWN inclement weather policy to fit the weather resources and information in your area.

Ask your clients to sign it separately, or add it as part of your current contract. (I recommend adding a requirement to the initial acknowledgment if it is included as part of your original contract.)
